Riversound is a prestigious neighborhood is located on the northern shore of Fort Loudon Lake in Knoxville, Tennessee. It is comprised of custom-built homes as well as private villas. The five thousand square foot clubhouse has both an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, kitchen and bar facilities, and two tennis courts. Boat docks are available for purchase or rental exclusively by homeowners. HOA dues are $860 annually or $215 quarterly.
